Our web shop will keep you informed of the stage that your order is in via the email address provided during the order process. You do receive an invoice in the form of an email but the invoice shows as paid as we do not allow for the order of unpaid items on the web shop.
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must have tags and be in the condition that you received them in. Please carefully inspect your package within 24 hours of receiving and cross reference the items in your package to your packing slip. If for some reason you do not believe you’ve received an item that you ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your package so we can help come to a solution in a timely manner.
